Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Orders are shipped within 3 business days. Once your order is with the carrier, we are not responsible. If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged when it arrives, please contact your carrier. International Orders are responsible for any import taxes or customs that apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs. 


Returns and Exchanges
Notify us within 3 days from delivery and have the item delivered back to us within 30 days from delivery. Items that are not on the same condition as received won’t be eligible for refund or exchange. At Goldmania, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied or request an exchange or a refund, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@goldmaniajewelry.com. If your return is accepted, please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of the return slip. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at contact@goldmaniajewelry.com.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, exchange, or store credit. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions and Non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
