I purchased this bracelet and less than 90 days later it fell off of my wrist. Thank goodness, I found it in my car after I had gotten gas. I reached out to Goldmania and never received a response.. I wanted it replaced or repaired and they chose to do neither, which says to me that they do not stand behind their products. With all of the online gold dealers, this lack of customer service has already cost you this customer and I am very loyal to companies that resolve issues. When it cost so much to get a customer why on earth would you choose to lose that customer instead of repairing a faulty link? Big mostake
