Very pretty gold chain. Not too thin.
I bought this chain in 14k as I always go for a lighter gold colour, however when I received this it was a very vivid yellow.
I spoke to the seller and the customer service was great.
In the end I decided to keep the chain and ended up taking it to a jeweller who took the top gold coating off and reveal a true 14k gold underneath. I was told my the jeweller that sometimes gold chains can be coated with gold for shine and with this chain being made in Indonesia they tend to use a more yellow gold to do so.
Now the top coating has been taken off the chain itself is perfect. It's very high quality and I think it'll hold heavier pendents just fine. It's very versatile as well.
Again the customer service was on point from before my purchase where the seller helped me pick a chain to my enquiry once I had received the chain ☺️
Shipping was super fast and customer service was great! Naomi and Steve were also able to adjust the jump ring to make sure a pendant I had fit.
